All ingredients are 100% vegan. I use ZERO artificial colors and flavors. I make my own palm-oil-free vegan butter and source as many organic ingredients as I can. It's important to me to use local produce and flours, so I prioritize that too. I LOVE using the easy-to-digest organic hard red heritage wheat flour from Sunrise Flour Mill and whole grain flours from Baker's Field, all milled here in MN. See my ingredient list below.

- Produce is always organic and sourced locally whenever possible, with a focus on offering flavors based on seasonality - sourced through Good Acre, Mississippi Market Co-op, and directly from local farmers at farmers markets.
- Organic Statement from Baker's Field Flour: "We are not a certified organic facility so we cannot list any products we process or make as organic, but if you dig deeper you will see that we are very dedicated to our sourcing. Currently over 90% of the grain we mill comes from organic sources and we never mill grain that has been treated with pesticides or herbicides."
