All ingredients are 100% vegan. I use ZERO artificial colors and flavors. I make my own palm-oil-free vegan butter and source as many organic ingredients as I can. It's important to me to use local produce and flours, so I prioritize that too. I LOVE using the easy-to-digest hard red wheat flour from Sunrise Flour Mill, milled here in MN.
