Opening Spring 2025!
Hi, I’m Chelsea (she/they) and I started Front Porch Pies to make it easier for the Twin Cities community to find vegan treats. After living in Washington state–and operating a vegan bakery there–I came back home to Minnesota in 2020.
I was surprised at the lack of vegan offerings at coffee shops here in the Twin Cities, and I want to change that! I find a lot of joy in baking for others, and I'm excited to share that with y'all!
Opening Spring 2025 Front Porch Pies will offer wholesale, individual orders, and you'll find me at a farmers market or two.
It's more than just pies–I’ll offer a variety of baked goods. Everything is made with local, organic, hard red wheat flour–easy to digest for many people who thought they were done with wheat. I use organic sugar, make my own vegan butter, say yeahhh NO to artificial ingredients, and focus on seasonality with the flavors I offer.
