Heyyy!

Hi, I’m Chelsea (she/they) and I started Front Porch Pies to make it easier for the Twin Cities community to find vegan treats. After living in Washington state–and operating a vegan bakery there–I came back home to Minnesota in 2020.


I was surprised at the lack of vegan offerings at coffee shops here in the Twin Cities, and I'm on a mission to change that! I find a lot of joy in baking for others, and I'm excited to share that with y'all!

Opening June 2025 Front Porch Pies treats will be available at select coffee shops and you'll find me at the Uptown Farmers Market and House of Hope Farmers Market. I plan to open up individual orders in the Fall of 2025.


It's more than just pies–I’ll offer a variety of baked goods like cookies, muffins, scones, and more. Everything is made with local, organic, hard red wheat flour–easy to digest for many people who thought they were done with wheat. I use organic sugar, make my own vegan butter, say yeahhh NO to artificial ingredients, and focus on seasonality with the flavors I offer.
