Opening Spring 2025 Front Porch Pies is a one-person run vegan bakery that will soon be available for wholesale orders, individual special orders, pop-ups, markets, and catering. It's more than just pies–I’ll offer a variety of vegan baked goods. There are absolutely no animal products in any of the treats! I make my own vegan butter, so there’s also no palm oil. There's never any artificial colors or flavors. I prioritize organic and local ingredients as much as possible and try really hard to focus on seasonality with the produce I source and flavors I offer.

Hi, I’m Chelsea (she/they) and I started Front Porch Pies to make it easier for the Twin Cities community to find vegan treats. After living in Washington state (and operating a vegan bakery) for many years, I came back home to Minnesota in 2020. I was surprised at the lack of vegan offerings at coffee shops here in the Twin Cities–I want to change that! I love baking and it feels great operating a labor of love for this wonderful community.
