Where can I purchase your baked goods?

Well, nowhere yet. I’m working on that. Stay tuned for more info!

Will you have a storefront?

Nope. I’ll be selling to coffee shops, individuals via my website, hopefully a farmers market or two, and I’ll offer catering.

Are you or will you be hiring?

Not for awhile, but maybe I could use a couple extra hands someday…email me if you want me to keep your resume on file.

What do you use for butter?

I make my own vegan butter made with oat milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and coconut cream.

What do you use for eggs?

I usually don’t have to replace eggs, but in some recipes I use aquafaba (chickpea brine) or silken tofu.

Will you have gluten free items?

I’m not sure yet, I’m still sorting that out. Stay tuned!
