FAQ

Where can I purchase your baked goods? Beginning late-June 2025, you'll find a variety of my treats at all Dogwood Coffee locations. Also late-June, I'll be at House of Hope Farmers Market in St. Paul on Fridays from 1-5pm and I'll be at the Uptown Farmers Market on Thursdays from 4-8pm.

Do you bake out of your home? No. I operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen space in Minneapolis!

Will you have a storefront? Nope. Not anytime soon.

Do you offer wholesale? I'm booked up at the moment, but feel free to inquire anyway at chelsea (at) front-porch-pies.com

Are you hiring? Not at the moment, but please email me to express your interest!

What do you use for butter? I make my own vegan butter with oat milk*, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil*, sunflower oil*, and coconut cream*.  *these items are organic

What do you use for eggs? I usually don’t have to replace eggs, but sometimes I use aquafaba (chickpea brine) or silken tofu.

Will you have gluten free items? Yes–a rotating gluten free crumb bar (made in a facility that also processes gluten) and I'm scheming a gluten free blondie.

Are your items Kosher? I'm adding Kosher Certification to my list! Until then, if you have questions about ingredients, equipment, or processes, please reach out!
